We all have at least or two thing we do in the morning that makes our have a habittual feeling. Weather you tend to run late most days or you have everything ready for the day the night before for smoother morning. These things we do to start the day can be very beneficial to our mental state for the first few hours or for the whole day.

Have you tried to start something as a morning routine but fall short a few days into it? Here is a helpful way to add it to you routine so that it sticks and bevcome sothing you just do. Let start with Water, Water is a vital part of digestion and hyrdration. In the morning after a long (or short) night sleep our body needs water to replenish the toxins it have extreateded during the night.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
