The Started Guide for decluttering
Focus on the good.
Clutter causes a mix of feelings and thoughts. It’s brings out the ugly in many things literally. It’s not a pretty site to look at no mater how you try to cover it. But the fact of the matter is that clutter wether we like to admit it or not cause stress and anxiety for those around it. It’s like a ball of stress just sitting there staring at you.
So how do you tackle it when the clutter has gotten too much that you feel like you cant even wrap your thoughts around how to begin.
First things first. Grab some water and put one some music that will help you get going. Whether it’s relaxing sounds to help sooth your overwhelmed mental state, or some upbeat jams to give you energy.
Seek help! Sometimes it’s difficult to ask for help when you don’t want someone else to see your ugly side. In most cases those people who you can seek from already know and have already seen that side and they may even want to help take some stress of your plate.
